Job Description

Join a strategic player within the direct selling industry to grow their regional brand presence within Asia as a Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual network development planning and strategy deployment to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Conduct market research and network with business leaders to identify network growth opportunities.
  • Develop incentive plans and schedule of events to incentivise internal business stakeholders to support business growth.
  • Oversee and manage annual budget plans to ensure effective and efficient usage.
  • Prepare frameworks, metrics, and reports to evaluate and present growth results to senior business leaders.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a network development/commercial lead/business development lead covering regional markets across Asia.
  • Strong communication skills, business acumen, and stakeholder management.
  • Good command of data analysis and budgeting.
