- Organizing the documents by type in tool.
- Manually search shipment in Navisphere (TMS - Transportation Management System).
- Validate document type matches actual document.
- Name document as per type (eg. Master bill of lading, House bill of lading, Bill of Materials etc.)
- Any ad hoc task assigned by supervisor.
- Welcome Fresh graduate (Minimum SPM).
- Able speak,write, and read in English & Mandarin.
- Computer Literate.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
