Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage existing client relationship and play an active role in developing and building long-term relationships with top users to identify emerging business, collaboratively develop value propositions that address client needs.
  • As the key contact person of assigned accounts, responsible for the whole client go-live process, work with our channel partners to facilitate clients onboarding, account set-up, client training, and post onboarding daily support
  • Review and propose process improvement that drive client and market penetration.
  • Work with internal multi stakeholders including product team, finance team, tech team and operation team closely to ensure client success
  • Be proactive in strengthening existing relationships and creating new ones to maximize acquisition, retention, and help clients to grow their transaction

Experiences & Requirements

  • 1 year of proven track record in account management and customer success
  • Strong industry know-how or experience in FX/cross-border payments, B2B or Ecommerce
  • Experience in engaging and growing to small, medium or enterprise customers is desired
  • Resilient, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed, especially in a start-up environment
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills

Other Requirements

  • University degree
  • Mandatory requirement fluency in written and spoken business English
  • Fluency in spoken business Mandarin is a plus
