This role has the responsibilities of contributing to the growth of the online business of Uni-

Charm Corp. S/B. This individual is responsible for enhancing the customer experience,

executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the technology and infrastructure. This

role also involves analysing data from market and consumer studies to generate consumer

insights.

1.Marketplace Management:

Oversee online marketplaces and accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and

optimization. This involves developing and executing strategic plans to enhance the

brand presence on platforms.

2. Customer and Distributor Network Development:

Expand and nurture the customer and Ecommerce distributor network. This includes

integrating and managing long-term partnerships (LTP) on eCommerce platforms and

ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.

3. Sales Strategy and Performance:

Provide strategic input for channel, customer, and distributor strategies. Ensure the sales

organization meets sales targets KPIs by challenging and optimizing their effectiveness.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Ensure effective collaboration with marketing, supply chain, finance, and other functions to

drive overall objectives.

5. Growth and Optimization:

Lead growth through value chain management and operational optimization activate a

digital ecosystem to drive traffic and conversion.

6. Analytics and Performance Monitoring:

Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and

optimize key metrics. Conduct performance analysis, A/B testing, and generate regular

reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing/ related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce management.
  • Proven track record in managing online marketplaces accounts, developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Amazon.
  • Strong capability in using analytics to track trends, identify opportunities, and optimize performance.
  • Creativity, innovation and Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communications skills in both written and verbal English. Able to work in team.
  • Good communication skills in written, verbal and presentation.
