HUAWEI Asia Pacific Ecosystem Business Development Specialist

This role is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships, and leading strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing and fostering client relationships.

Main responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Create and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Address partner issues and provide solutions to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Solid grasp of business development principles, supported by 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a business development role.
  • Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills, have project management experience and strong connection ability with business partners.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Multilingual will be considered as a plus.
