  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Summary:

  • Manage and support IT infrastructure including IT network, backup, data center facilities, servers, application virtualization infrastructure, cloud, etc. for the Bumi Armada group of companies to ensure the reliability, availability and security of IT operations at all times.
  • Provide IT infrastructure support for offshore facilities remotely
  • Involve in IT infrastructure projects, audit and other activities relating to IT infrastructure for the organization.
  • Provide level 2 and 3 IT infrastructure support for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for IT infrastructure management and support.
  • Maintain, optimize and report IT infrastructure availability e.g network (LAN/WAN) connectivity, servers etc.
  • Provide assistance to users on IT infrastructure related matters. This includes providing support as and when required.
  • Perform periodic evaluation over the usage of IT infrastructure organization wide.
  • Evaluate and provide necessary recommendation to further improve Bumi Armada's IT infrastructure as necessary in order to support business operations and maintain its competitiveness.
  • Assist in design of secure yet effective IT infrastructure to support business operations.
  • Administer IT infrastructure security and control measures.
  • Conduct self-audit or review compliance of IT Policy and Procedures and other relevant company policies.
  • Work with IT infrastructure vendors for support and implementation
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience and knowledge on IT network, servers, backup, cloud, etc.
  • Familiar with managing network equipment such as switches, routers, firewalls
  • Willing to work extra hours and be on stand-by.

Added Advantage:

  • Certifications in Cisco, Microsoft or equivalent technologies.
