Maintenance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: a) Machinery, Plant, and Equipment Maintenance • Develop and implement a maintenance strategy to support all production lines to ensure machinery and equipment is reliable and functioning well. • Develop strategy and measures for improvement and optimization to meet the objective of zero downtime • Develop Maintenance Systems for Predictive maintenance • Develop people's capability to meet business needs • Analyse operational performance for improvement and maintenance management b) Engineering • Develop and strategize engineering projects to enhance the capability to support business needs. • Plant improvement projects for safety and machine efficiency. c) Plant Facility • ensuring plant maintenance is in tip-top condition • Ensuring factory operation complies with safety, health and environment, and government regulations. • Ensuring continuous improvement in manufacturing capacity d) Planning • Planning of all Preventive maintenance activities, purchases, and spare part inventory REQUIREMENTS: • Understand fundamentals of Electrical and Mechanical engineering, PLC program, and Conveyer Systems. • Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance activities especially periodical preventive and corrective maintenance in fast pace environment • Have good leadership skills and the ability to manage both vertically and horizontally • Possess good communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate the team • Possess the mindset of treating production on the internal customer. • Experience in maintenance activities especially periodical preventive and corrective maintenance in fast pace environment
