Job responsibilities:

  • To sell company products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective customers.
  • To expand business with existing customers by promoting new products or through a sales strategy.
  • To maintain good rapport with customers by providing support, a high level of service, market and product information, regulatory guidance, and market trend.
  • To maintain accurate information of documents such as Customer Requirement (CR) File and Forecast Quantity.
  • To facilitate the agreements and contracts discussion with customers.
  • Responsible for customer inquiries pertaining to quotation, product, sample, registration, shipment, artwork, visit, and payment.
  • To handle customer visits, meetings, and transportation/hotel room booking arrangements.
  • Responsible for sending new pricing to customers and updating CR File.
  • To suggest price reviews based on feedback from customers.
  • To follow up payments with customers when necessary.
  • To involve in the preparation of the exhibition and attends the exhibition both locally and overseas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Marketing or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Negotiation techniques, selling skills, and presentation skills.
