  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Introduction:

We are seeking a dynamic Area Manager to lead and drive the success of our clients' stores in the Klang Valley area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion or lifestyle retail, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance appraisals of staff, fostering their professional development.
  • Direct all operational aspects of each store, driving sales while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Set and implement goals and objectives to ensure quality and consistency across the district while boosting sales and profitability.
  • Manage inventory effectively, overseeing pricing and stock control for each location.
  • Inspire and motivate teams to achieve KPIs and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Area Manager or similar role within fashion or lifestyle retail.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team motivation.

Salary:

  • Base salary up to RM5,500, excluding commissions and allowances
