- Attend to walk-in customer order, prepare drinks, desserts and serve accordingly.
- In-charge of stock listing, ordering, check product shelf life and proper ingredients handling
- Maintain a lean and clean work areas, utensils and equipment to a safety standards. Routinely cleans the overall café area and takes out trash, etc.
- Taking full responsibility of each customers’ experience, from the welcome, service delivery, right through the final goodbye.
- Ensuring you have full knowledge of the menu, being able to interact with all types of customers, communicate clearly with the person in charge and the rest of the team, to ensure the needs of your tables are met.
- Running food and beverage to tables for customers & to clear tables and take dirty glasses/ plates to the bar basin to be washed
- To meet and naturally seek out opportunities to exceed the customers’ expectations, ensuring prompt and professional customer service in a courteous, friendly and efficient manner.
- To make a great lasting impression and ensure that customers’ return over and over again.
- Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.
