Cashier Supervisor - Kuala Terengganu (Immediate Vacancies)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations of cashier counters closely and ensure smooth customer flow at all cashier points or check-out counters.
• To give direction, clear instruction, proper on-the-job training as well as good advice to subordinates and delegate jobs to them effectively.
• Responsible in handling cash at cashier counter and managing void and cancelling transaction.
• Exhibit leadership skills and to set a good example to cashiers. Reporting to the Chief Cashier.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualifications.
• At least minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Cashier Supervisor.
• Departmental Store experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with positive attitude and good problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work well with all levels of staff.
• Good command of language both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Successful candidates will need to undergo training in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
