Internship - Video & Photo Content Creator

About the Role

As a Multimedia Intern in the Learning & Development department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality multimedia content that supports our internal training and development initiatives. This role will involve end-to-end creation of videos, photography, and other visual assets, from conceptualization to post-production. You will collaborate closely with the L&D team to bring training materials to life through engaging and visually appealing media. Your creative work will help enhance the learning experience for employees and contribute to the overall development of our workforce.

What You Will Do

• Lead videography and photography projects, including setup and execution, at the office and workshops to meet the organization's creative needs.
• Manage and organize multimedia assets in a central, shared file system for easy access and collaboration across teams.
• Edit videos, photos, and other multimedia materials based on the storyboard and creative direction provided by the supervisor.
• Support additional creative and technical tasks as assigned by the supervisor to meet the evolving needs of the team.

What You Will Need

• Certificate or Diploma in Video Production, Mass Communication, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficiency in multimedia production software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of video, audio, and visual production, including shooting, lighting, and post-production editing techniques.
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with adaptability and a collaborative working style.
• Proficiency in general computer skills and familiarity with cloud storage platforms for asset management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
