Service Crew - Halal Steamboat Buffet

Position Overview

• We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Service Crew members to join our team at our Halal Steamboat Buffet. As a Service Crew member, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, guiding them to their tables.
• Assist guests with the buffet selection and explain menu items and ingredients.
• Ensure the buffet area is well-stocked, clean, and organized.
  
• Take and serve drink orders promptly.
• Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the dining experience.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of the dining area before and after service.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of halal dietary requirements is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• 6 Days 1 Week
• 10 hours per day
