Full job description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for AR, AP, General Accounting Task and daily accounting function
  • Manage Petty Cash and staff claims
  • To manage documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieving
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers
  • Prepare relevant documents
  • Have the ability to arrange events (seminar/conference/others), translation (Bahasa Malayu & English), able to write, prepare and compile meeting minutes
  • Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by Manager/Management

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Autocount system is greatly considered
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Full-time position available and able to start work immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
