The role:

What you’ll do:

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

  1. Supporting recruitment processes, including job postings, screening and shortlisting candidates resumes, contacting candidates and arranging interviews.
  2. Building a talent pool and pipeline for the company through social media and interacting with external parties appropriately on company social media accounts.
  3. Assisting in conducting Induction and Orientation programs for new employees.
  4. Monitoring and updating HR records, such as employees’ personnel files, leave records, benefit records and other records in a proper manner.
  5. Planning and arranging company events (meals, gatherings, etc) and Team Building events.
  6. Assisting in formation and implementation of company’s policies.
  7. Assisting in identifying and managing training and development needs for employees.
  8. Creating and maintaining an engaging and welcoming work culture at the company.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

  1. Managing & upkeep of company assets, including laptops (purchase, repair, upkeep) and other hardware.
  2. Managing & upkeep of office and general equipment.
  3. Handling general documentation and paperwork.
  4. Gathering any information required by the company.
  5. Handling other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

You have/ are:

  1. Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  2. Knowledge of basic productivity software and skills.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  5. A minimum of 5 months internship duration.

Extra awesome if you have experience with:

Basic understanding of Labour Law and other statutory requirements.
