Job Scope:
- Responsible for the day-to-day business operations & inventory management with system.

- Responsible for daily shipment management, which includes printing and packing.

- Maintain accurate financial records, including customer invoices, payments, and account balances.

- Process invoices and track expenses, ensuring timely payments and collections.

- Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements or reports.

- Provide general administrative support to the finance or accounting department.

- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.

- Support the team with special projects or events as needed.

- Utilize accounting software (e.g., SQL) to manage financial data.

- Manage documentation flow and ensure timely approvals for financial transactions.

- Ensure proper filing and organization of all financial and administrative records.

- To assist in all ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess a minimum SPM Level.

- Individual with experiences in online selling platform are welcome to apply.

- Familiar in using Microsoft Office (eg. Excel)

- Driven and self-motivated with a can-do and willing to learn personality.

- Strength in multitasking and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in mandarin is an added advantages

- Training will be provided, including SQL Accounting System

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
