Job responsibilities

  • Ensure timely renewal of all company licenses, permits, and registrations.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all licenses, permits, and regulatory documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of licensing reports and audits as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal licensing regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of required documents for new licenses or permits.
  • Assist with other office tasks as required.

Job requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in a related field
  • Good computer skills
  • Organised and structured
  • Attention to details
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Willing to travel (will move to new office in Bukit Raja by mid-2025), currently based in Petaling Jaya.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
