Job responsibilities
- Ensure timely renewal of all company licenses, permits, and registrations.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all licenses, permits, and regulatory documents.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of licensing reports and audits as required.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal licensing regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of required documents for new licenses or permits.
- Assist with other office tasks as required.
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma in a related field
- Good computer skills
- Organised and structured
- Attention to details
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to travel (will move to new office in Bukit Raja by mid-2025), currently based in Petaling Jaya.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
