PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Be responsible to support day-to-day production in warehouse by performing monitor and coordinate the finish goods receipt.

2. Responsible for and ownership for EHS, Quality matters and legal compliance in warehouse / operations.

3.Ensure the necessary materials are being picked and labels prepared to start production on daily basis.

4.Be the contact point with internal (YCH ops) and external (P&G) customization team.

5. To assist on customers / suppliers’ inquiries via phone call or email.

6.To ensure all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy upon the completion of customization.

7. Upkeep and file related documentations on time and accurately. (Eg. Master list materials, FPP filing, PI filing, FAI filing etc)

8. Prepare and submit regular reports on daily production update, monthly customization KPI report and weekly billing report for the production completed.

9. To ensure the storage for packaging materials and office areas are well maintained.

10.Work closely with P&G CTMZ MPD & CTMZ Lead for all new projects/ initiatives, source the requested samples from the vendor as per the artwork shared by P&G; ensure to receive the samples for mock up preparation.

11.Follow up on the PO approval (New Project/ PO revision/ Material Top up) update the PO tracker upon PO approved and purchase materials for the approved POs.

12. Preparation of Mock-up Approval, Mockup Checklist, & FAI (preliminary draft)

13.Responsible for EHS, Quality matters and legal compliance in warehouse/operations.

14.To comply strictly with EHS related policies, procedure and customer requirements as well as safety rules that are rolled out from time to time

15. Performs other job related functions as and when required by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field;

2.At least 3 year of working experience in the logistic / 3PL / Supply Chain is required for this position;

3.Proficient with computer function, Microsoft Office, email, warehouse management system and operating scanning equipment;

4.Meticulous, detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize tasks;

5.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, multi task and work well in a fast-paced environment;

6.Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively;

7.Able to commit for overtime when needed;

8.Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period.
