Location: Bandar Baru Klang

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and liaise with customer related to their shipping & logistic issue.
  • Analyze the nature of the goods, transit times and security requirements to select the optimal shipment methods and routes.
  • Prepare and monitor sailing schedules, as well as freight booking.
  • Processed customer's orders and enquiries timely and accurately.
  • Liaised with multiple parties including shippers, consignees and overseas agents of shipments for their delivery updates.
  • Organizes and issued the correct shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading and invoices.
  • Assisted in the preparation of the K1 and K2 forms for customs declaration.
  • Generated reports and documentation for internal use.
  • Handle other ad hoc issues as assigned from the management.

Requirements:

  • Min Dip / Degree in Logistic, Shipping, etc.
  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Service Logistic.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply, as long as they are able to communicate fluently in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
