Job Description

Provides support to the practice including client services duties (including personnel that provide general correspondence and general admin) as below:

  • Data maintenance (including monitor staff onboarding and offboarding) for the relevant systems
  • Collate and return documents to clients
  • Print and compile documents for submission to authorities
  • Submit documents to authorities (tax and immigration)
  • Scan documents received from client and authorities
  • Perform support functions for the manager e.g. billing activities, debtors follow up, routine risk checks, charge code creation and maintenance, net investment management, client events such as seminar, webinar
  • Track the status of correspondences received from the authorities
  • Support compliance status updates (track and monitor updates)
  • Maintain master client listing, fee information and contact details
  • Other tasks that the group deems fit.

Required Skills

  • Ability to effectively prioritize, excellent organization and administrative ability
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, use initiative and to work well in meeting deadlines
  • The flexibility to work outside normal office hours may be required from time-to-time
  • Willingness to travel for work
  • Possess own transportation is a plus point.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in Admin preferred

Willingness to travel locally - travel 1-2 times a week in the Northern region, so own transportation is required (Mileage will be reimbursed on actuals).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google.
