1. Responsible for developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
2. Handle payroll and and statutory payment processing using INFOTECH System.
3. Planning, organizing, and controlling all activities and actions of the HR department.
4. Plans and facilitates the HR Strategic planning process, ensuring that comprehensive strategies, plans and budgets are developed, approved and communicated, both within HR and to necessary functions.
5. Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference check, selection and offer negotiation.
6. Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures.
7. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirement
8. Oversee policies like performance management, goal setting, appraisal, and talent management practices to ensure effective organizational development.
Job Requirement
A. Diploma in Human Resources or other related qualification.
B. At least 2 year working experiences in related field.
C. Possess valid driving license.
D. Strong communication and time management skills.
E. Possess high level of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment and a sense of urgency
F. Good common of language in Mandarin, English & B. Malaysia.
G. 5 working days per week from 9am to 6pm. Monday to Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
