Role Overview:
As a People & Culture Intern you will be a vital part of our team, assisting with essential HR functions and helping to enhance the employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Involve in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.
- Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team, including managing employee files, entering data and assisting with reporting.
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aimed at boosting employee engagement, satisfaction and well-being.
- Collaborate closely with the People & Culture team to brainstorm and execute initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Other Responsibilities:
- Support in regular monitoring of office supplies, amenities, and overall workplace conditions for maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming office environment.
- Assist with planning and organizing events, including selecting venues, coordinating logistics and liaising with vendors.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution, from registration to post-event wrap-up.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Final year students.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and manage time well.
- Proactive with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
