  • To prepare daily sales performance report to management, BU and RBG unit, segmentized to region, area, branches and individual performance for monitoring and improvement purpose.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify the strength & weaknesses of each sales performance indicators for improvement in marketing strategies , sales activities planning and manpower management.
  • To track the individual sales staff productivity by product and provide insight to respective RM/AM/UH to plan the improved sales activities.
  • To work closely with AEON Retail on its events by coordinating the manpower arrangement with region, target setting, SOP and Guideline setting and post event review.
  • To perform market research and propose new sales channel, activities and approach.
  • To work closely with region sales counter and BU to improve in sales activities, from promotion and campaign feedback, sign up gift, application processes improvement and post sales activities review.
  • Degree with minimum 3 years working experience preferably in Banking/Financial Industry. Expose in Branch Development functions and activities.
  • Good management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding on managerial accounting and good in people management skill
  • Highly adaptable to constant business change.
  • Possess own transportation.
