As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and generate leads for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with client objectives and target audience
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and infographics
  • Manage and schedule social media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
  • Conduct social media audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Generate regular reports and provide insights on social media performance and audience behavior
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Proficient in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite etc
  • Strong creative writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt the brand voice
  • Experience with content creation, including copywriting and video editing
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with clients and online communities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns
