Position : Secretarial Intern
Position Type : Contract
Role & Responsibilities
1. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
2. Managing and organizing files, documents, and records.
3. Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments.
4. Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
5. Providing general administrative support to the team.
6. Greeting visitors and handling inquiries in a professional manner.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Candidate must be currently pursuing a minimum of Diploma or Bachelor's in Secretarial, Pyschology, Business Management or equivalent.
· Excellent in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
· Internship duration: 3 months – 9 months.
· Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Position is open to Malaysian citizens only
· Please attach the University's Letter regarding your Internship
· Able to commute both to office and site.

Allowance for Diploma Studies – RM800 per month
Allowance for Degree Studies - RM1000 per month
