Job Responsibility
- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that production targets are met.
- Ensure production schedules are met, coordinating with planning and other departments to optimize production flow.
- Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process to identify and correct any issues.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to implement corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on production efficiency, quality, and safety metrics.
- Promote a culture of safety, ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed.
- Conduct regular safety training and meetings with the team.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and material usage.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance to the Management.
- Education:Â Must have at least Diploma or 10 years experience in similar capacity
- Working Experience: At least 3-5 years working experience in Metal Fabrication or any similar Industry
- Candidate must have strong knowledge and experience in managingseveral line in production
