Responsibilities:

1. As the main lead person of communication between superior and maintenance on assigned task.

2. To be proactive and establish an effective working relationship with all support departments.

3. Assist in fire drills and emergency response plans activity.

4. Follow up and provide assistance to contractors / vendors performing facility maintenance and rectifications.

5. Support all customer audits/ customer visit and ensure compliance on the audit area.

6. Support other function in Foreign Workers Management and Human Resources functions as and when required.

7. Handling inventory and stock card management and ensure adequate stock in store.

8. Assist in provide reports and timely reports to the superior.

9. Perform rounds and reading to check on any abnormalities.

10. Assist in external (RBA, customer related) and internal audits (ISO, RBA & etc)

11. Assist in planning preparing new worker hostel and support hostel set-up for new worker when required.

12. Monitory on daily basis I-WCF worker's arrange for repairing and update closed I-WCF in given time frame.

13. Update and follow up on fire extinguisher expired date. Arrange and collect for renewal.

14. Perform facilities inspection checklist, shop lot inspection checklist and update accordingly.

15. Assist in record utility meter readings for billing for all tenant every beginning of month.

16. Be person in charge on hostel movement (check in/ check out) and join inspection with workforce management.

17. Plan work weekly basis for subordinates without any breakdown.

18. Identify and make sure damaged item in hostel cannot be repair or warranty have been expired.

19. Any other tasks as assigned by the superiors.

Job Requirement:

1. At least Bachelor Degree and above or holding related certificate & qualification.

2. Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

3. Possess own transport, able to work independently and with minimum supervision.

4. Able to travel mainland & Penang Island; in order to support worker's related matter when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
