- To arrange shipment i.e. Air & Ocean, Trucking; Import & Export, Clearance coordination. Include documentation (Booking / SI submission / BL)
- Billing
- Follow up on outstanding payment
- To update daily / weekly reports
- To attend rejection calls / complain from the customers.
- Quotation
- To manage billing closing on time
- To manage daily operations timely to optimise processes and achieve daily KPI targets.
