The Social Media Executive plays a key role in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to promote our products/services and grow our customer base. This role involves various tasks including social media management, content creation, market research, advertising campaigns and collaboration with other departments to achieve marketing objectives. This role may require light support on the weekend but can be mobile support.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media accounts and develop engaging year-long content to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Be the leader in community management in building strong fan base in all channels
  • Create compelling & trendy content for social pages with hands-on production and editing & ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor social media metrics and analyse performance to improve strategies.
  • Content Creation:
  • Create compelling & trendy content for all digital channels with hands-on production and editing & ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with agencies, external content creators, influencers & models for any content production
  • Ideate, plan, script, and produce video content, including editing and post-production. Create graphics, images, and other multimedia assets to support content initiatives.
  • Grow the brand’s fans base with through multiples platforms which include but not limit to social media, CRM program, brand ambassador program etc.
  • Advertising and Promotion:
  • Develop marketing & communication plans and strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, etc.).
  • Execute on ATL & BTL & TTL marketing with media buying practice.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with both internal & external stakeholders to coordinate marketing efforts & production.
  • Provide support and marketing materials to internal departments as needed.
  • Work closely with global team in Singapore on a daily basis
  • Market Research and Campaign Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyse & summarise data to develop insights and inform marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and present findings to management.

Requirements:

  • Good-Looking in Person
  • Great Personality
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and SEO.
  • Experience with video content creation and editing.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to engage audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
