- Manage full set of company accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, and relevant reports).
- Ensure accounting records are accurately updated, reconciled, and comply with statutory requirements.
- Review journal entries and maintain accurate inter-company accounts and general ledger.
- Manage cash flow, including daily bank balance monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and preparation/verification of payments.
- Provide documentation and support for external auditors on audit and taxation matters.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents, company secretary, and relevant stakeholders.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Administration, Business Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related field.
- Required skills: SQL Financial Accounting, Microsoft Office Suite.
