JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete clerical & administrative tasks for an office.
- Maintaining files & organizing company records.
- Familiar with full spectrum or Human Resources and Admin including Administrative, Recruitment, Staff Development, Compensation & Benefits, Safety and Health, and Employee and Labor Relations.
- Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments & stores.
- Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
- To conduct other general administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Possess own transport
- Must be independent with strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask, strong in organizational & administrative skills and can work under pressure.
- Fresh Graduate with Degree are encourage to apply
- Candidate who is able to start work immediately is preferable
Salary :RM1500-RM1800
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
