JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete clerical & administrative tasks for an office.
  • Maintaining files & organizing company records.
  • Familiar with full spectrum or Human Resources and Admin including Administrative, Recruitment, Staff Development, Compensation & Benefits, Safety and Health, and Employee and Labor Relations.
  • Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments & stores.
  • Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
  • To conduct other general administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Possess own transport
  • Must be independent with strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask, strong in organizational & administrative skills and can work under pressure.
  • Fresh Graduate with Degree are encourage to apply
  • Candidate who is able to start work immediately is preferable

Salary :RM1500-RM1800

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
