Internship For Culinary @ Beyond Coffee, Bandar Sunway

Requirements:

• Specialized in Culinary & Hospitality or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and help other out to work as a team.
• Exhibit flexible, proactive and positive character.
• Able to understand the sense of urgency and how time moves differently in a kitchen.
• Self discipline and is not afraid to ask question when in doubt.
• Basic communication in English.
• Minimum 3 months internship duration.

Description:

1 .Compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• Ensure the preparation, production and presentation of foods follow the SOP and at highest quality all the time

2. Research and Development

• To be involved in R&D for development of new menu, and keeping track of all records.

3. Safety and hygiene

• Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation regulations in the outlet and maintain the highest standard of hygiene
• Keep kitchen area clean and organized.

4. Food preparation

• Assist and support kitchen chef in food preparation

5. Perform other ad hoc task support
