Event Planner

We seek a highly organized and creative Event Planner to join our team. The Event Planner will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, from concept to completion. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Plan and execute events, including corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Develop unique event concepts, themes, and objectives that align with client and company goals.
• Manage event budgets, monitor expenditures, and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, accommodations, and transportation.
• Supervise event staff, volunteers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate event success by gathering feedback and analyzing performance for future improvements.

Pay: RM1,576.63 - RM3,800.00 per month
