- Source and manage vendors, venues, and supplies
- Develop and manage event budgets
- Outstation event logistics
- Promote events through various channels and ensure effective marketing strategies
- Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports
- Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Problem solving skills
- Have own transport and willing to travel
