JOB SUMMARY

As an Executive | Leadership Competency (Development Team), you will be responsible for supporting the development, management, and continuous improvement of the Leadership Competency activities in creating the right behavioral culture in the organization. You will be collaborating with EPF Learning Campus (ELC) as well as respective divisions/departments to analyze, identify competency gaps and suggest development solutions. This position plays a critical role in enhancing leadership capability and effectiveness within the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in the development and management of the Leadership Competencies dictionary and competency profiles for all identified Leadership groups in EPF.
  • Assist in mapping the developed Leadership Competencies against the respective job grouping by defining their key roles and impact factors.
  • Assist in ensuring a consistent and on-time assessment time frame for the Leadership Competencies assessment deployment in line with the Leadership Competency Framework.
  • To analyze the yearly assessed Leadership Competencies outcome
  • To work in partnership with ELC by providing key Leadership competencies gap of the identified staff group for them to design appropriate development solutions to address those gaps.
  • Assist in reviewing the effectiveness and relevancy of the developed Leadership Competencies dictionary periodically
  • Keep abreast of any new methodologies and approaches by performing market research and benchmarking.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Obtain a pass in Bahasa Melayu, including oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government
  • Possess Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business, Literature / TESL / or related fields from any local or overseas universities recognized by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
  • At least a minimum of 6 years of working experience in HR-related fields of Organization Development, Talent Development, or Learning and Development.
  • Sound knowledge in competency development and management is essential
  • Strong analytical, result-oriented, process-driven, self-starter with the ability to multitask and work both independently and as a team member
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a diverse environment and build good working relationships with business partners.
  • Good report-writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in both oral and written Malay and English language or a related field.
