  • Lead, direct, coordinate and manage all administrative, contractual and operational aspects of the purchasing department.
  • Lead, coordinate for LLS Project – cost saving.
  • Lead, manage and coach cross-functional teams through the strategic sourcing process.
  • Advise and assist management in purchasing and contract procedures.
  • Measure vendor performance
  • Review purchase orders which are in conformance with the procurement policies.
  • Ensure quality standards are met through administrations of purchasing complaints and resolutions provides by the using departments.
  • Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
  • Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
  • Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification
  • Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.
  • Source for new parts, suppliers or subcontractors when need arises.
  • Support management in preparations of estimates by contracting vendors for “budgetary pricing”
