Business Development Manager (Healthcare)

Job Description

Our client is a global organization specializing in infection prevention solutions and is looking for a Business Development Manager, where you will be responsible for managing the channel partners and penetrating the products assigned into the healthcare segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote the products, maximize sales and meet business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
  • Leveraging on market trends, data analysis and competitor activity and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Preparing and presenting business reviews, forecasts and reports.
  • Conducting regular customer visits to promote products, relay new information, and solicit feedback on the company's products and services.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Chemistry/Science or any related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Medical Device/Consumables sales across private and government hospitals is mandatory.
  • Experience in infection prevention, endoscopy and sterilization is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently.
