We are seeking a proactive and organized Property Management Executive to oversee daily property operations, ensuring smooth interactions with tenants and service providers. The role involves a balance of administrative duties, tenant management, and property maintenance coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Tenant Relations: First point of contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests. Oversee move-ins, move-outs, and ensure tenant communications are clear and timely. - Property Maintenance: Coordinate routine and emergency repairs, monitor property conditions, and liaise with contractors to resolve issues promptly. - Tenant Acquisition: Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants, follow up on leads, and manage the leasing process. - Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance tasks, and financial transactions. Prepare reports on occupancy, maintenance, and rental income. - Financial Responsibilities: Assist in rent collection, track property expenses, and contribute to monthly financial reports. - Time Management: Handle multiple tasks across different properties, coordinating with tenants and contractors for timely completion of duties. Qualifications: - Experience in property management or a related field is preferred. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). - Ability to stay calm in challenging situations and handle responsibilities with attention to detail.
