  • - Manage and handle local & foreign workers’ administration matters.
  • - Support payroll processing to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • - Manage worker registration of statutory account (LHDN, EPF & SOCSO)
  • - Prepare letter format for Letter of Appointment, Transfer, Resignation & etc.
  • - Submission of LHDN for new workers and resigned workers.
  • - Assist in workers’ checkroll matter and data updating.
  • - Handle worker Service Gratuity and Termination Benefits.
  • - Prepare monthly reporting.
  • - Filing of Operating Centre files.
  • - Any other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
  • - Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Management / Business/ Human Sciences / Statistics or equivalent from recognised universities.
  • - Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • - Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
  • - Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • - Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
  • - Willing to travel.
  • - Working experience of 1 – 2 years in Human Resource is added advantage.
  • - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
