- - Manage and handle local & foreign workers’ administration matters.
- - Support payroll processing to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- - Manage worker registration of statutory account (LHDN, EPF & SOCSO)
- - Prepare letter format for Letter of Appointment, Transfer, Resignation & etc.
- - Submission of LHDN for new workers and resigned workers.
- - Assist in workers’ checkroll matter and data updating.
- - Handle worker Service Gratuity and Termination Benefits.
- - Prepare monthly reporting.
- - Filing of Operating Centre files.
- - Any other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
- - Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Management / Business/ Human Sciences / Statistics or equivalent from recognised universities.
- - Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- - Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
- - Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- - Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
- - Willing to travel.
- - Working experience of 1 – 2 years in Human Resource is added advantage.
- - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
