Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the HR department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.
- Lead HR function to implement the strategy in talent acquisition, talent development, talent management and talent retention to build the organizational capability and achieve all the goal and KPI.
- Manage the budget and cost of the department to ensure that the company is cost-effective in all its operations.
- Drive for HR operational excellence and ensure all the HR practices compliance to the local law, regulations and SOX.
- Work as a strategic partner with the senior management team to drive the company's growth through transformation management, talent reviews, succession planning, structure development and culture change.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the next level of staff to ensure proper succession planning and people development.
- Build a strong HR organization and capabilities to provide HR expertise. Actively develop HR team members.
- ]Develop strategy and provide directions for the department to be forward looking to the changing environment in the industry.
- Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions
- Build a positive work environment that support innovation, creativity and teamwork in the company.
- Participate as a key member of the management team in influencing the vision & strategic directions of the company.
- Be catalyst and evangelist for TF-AMD culture to ensure all employees live by the values defined in TF-AMD Vision, Mission and Values.
- Partner effectively with other both internal and external HR parties and to design and roll-out innovative HR solutions
- Develop programs to partner with learning institution and government bodies to attract the top talents to fill up the talent pipeline.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree or above in business administration, HR management, or related field.
- Experience: 12~16 years’ work experience including 8~10 years’ HR expertise experience.
- Have an analytical mind, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to set a direction / vision / goals for the group.
- Effective management and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labor Law as well as company policies.
