Position Summary

  • Job holder is responsible to initiate, promote, develop and lead opportunities in the assigned region for the range of Company’s products, with special emphasis on growing the assigned solar industry business and achieving the sales and incomes targets. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare sales plans and secure orders for the Company's products, solutions and services, and to achieve the sales and income target (monthly/annually) as assigned by immediate supervisor.
  • Identify and establish new customers as well as new business opportunities to ensure successful market penetration and development, with special emphasis on the project and end user market.
  • Plan and conduct technical seminars or solutions/product demonstration to prospective customers in a professional manner.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers/dealers in order to maintain good rapport as well as to solicit feedback on the effectiveness of the products, services/support and other market information.
  • Generate quotations for customers based on market standards.
  • Analyse sales and industry data, market trends, sales and industry data and update sales plan accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma preferably in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or others Engineering related.
  • 2 to 3 years’ sales experiences from Renewable Energy, Solar Industry, Electronic or Industrial Products.
  • Possess good communication and presentation skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker with good business acumen.
