Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate trusted, strategic advisor relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Build sustainable relationships through active engagement and transparent communication.
  • Offer tailored solutions and alternatives to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with English-speaking colleagues and customers, translating their concerns for our Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure smooth resolution.
  • Act as a client advocate, mediating and settling disputes while keeping our clients' best interests at heart.
  • Follow up promptly with relevant parties to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders from our Mandarin-speaking customers with accuracy and care.

Qualifications:

  • Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is a must!
  • Quick and eager to learn, mastering product details and customer service techniques.
  • A strong passion for our business, demonstrating ownership and commitment on behalf of the company.

Work Setup:

  • 100% Onsite
  • Schedule: 4 AM - 1 PM, Tuesday to Saturday
