You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. You will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage accounting tasks, and assist with various other operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, and ensure the bank reconciliation, invoices & receipts, account receivable and payable are perform in good manner.
· Prepare invoices to customers, and reconciling statements.
· Review and verify bills to ensure that the amounts charged are correct and process payments to suppliers. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
· Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
· Manage queries from customers, suppliers, auditors and follow up on invoice related issues
· Send chasers and update status on AR collections to Singapore finance team for next course of action
· Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, financial reports for managerial use
· Support annual financial statement preparations
· Input financial data into accounting software and maintain organized and up-to-date records.
· Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
· Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, filing government documents and organizing documents.
· Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Accounting Assistant, or similar role.
· Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with bookkeeping.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to check bills and invoices for accuracy.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), ERP systems and accounting programs.
· Ability to work independently.
· High level of integrity and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
