We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager to support our marketing efforts at our hotel in Bukit Bintang. The ideal candidate will assist in creating and executing digital strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic across multiple channels, both online and offline.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the hotel’s website and social media platforms.
- Manage the hotel’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging and engaging content.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, F&B, Events, etc.) to create and implement promotional campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute brand campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Support in the creation of promotional materials, newsletters, and press releases.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the production of digital assets, including photography, videography, and graphics, working with external agencies as necessary.
- Assist in managing media, public relations, influencer collaborations, and etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content creation.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital content and campaigns.
- Proficient in photo and video editing software; graphic design experience is an advantage.
