Roles & Responsibilities: - Organizing screening call, phone interviews with outlet candidates.
- Attending job fair for outlet hiring process.
- Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
- Assisting in the executing of company events [Outlet Manager lunch etc]
- Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
- To perform any ad-hoc tasks related with Talent Acquisition and Corporate Affairs
