Job Descriptions :
- To assist with account registration in JDE
- Liaise with dealer for necessary vendor registration details
- Manage internal & external communication with wholesaler
- To track and follow up on account registration
- To assist in handling tasks related to Sales Force (SFA)
- Weekly basis e-Wallet tracking from sales order vs claims
- Review agency reports and verify account data
- Oversee the execution of reward deliveries (e.g., TnG eWallet credits)
- Complete marketing automation briefs: including target reminders, promotions, product information, and loyalty points
- Handle data accuracy checks and process rebate claims
- Data Analysis Support: Assist in preparing data analysis for business review slides
- Invoice Management: Download and check invoices, credit notes (CN) & Debit Notes (DN)
- Claim Processing
- E-Retail Management: Update operational hours, services offered and monitor QR codes
- Perform database clean-up tasks to ensure accurate records
- Paperwork Management: Handle all event-related paperwork, including communication slides and customer database updates

- Preparing PIVOT files for accounting purposes in a monthly basis
- Provide support for various ad hoc administrative requests as needed
Requirements :
- Experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Must be proficient in excel and powerpoint.
- Knowledge of Google business tools such as Google Ads, Google reviews is a plus.
