The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field.
You will act as a strategic partner to business unit leaders and managers, providing guidance and support in all areas of human resources management. You will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and driving employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business unit leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and develop HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, talent development, and other HR-related matters.
- Support the onboarding process for key positions within the business unit.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement company-wide HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Act as an advocate for employees, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives within the business unit.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 4 - 5 years of experience in HR field
- At least 1 year experience as HRBP
- Strong organization, communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
