We are looking for a new hire with HR Recruitment background, to assist in talent acquisition and other human resources, and administration-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR-related matters
  • Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
  • Coordinate interview, including prepare all relevant documentation
  • Arrange and follow-up on meetings with the participant
  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining sorting documents/records and so on
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with the company business goals and objectives
  • Manage and handle employee’s records in HR System (on & offline)
  • Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
  • Assist in payroll related matters
  • Manage E-leave & E-attendance via System, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time

Requirements

  • Proficient computer skills - internet, email, spreadsheet and etc
  • Possess a high level of integrity and able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Be able to communicate with Mandarin-spoken stakeholders.
