Who We Are Recruiting for the Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist who can contribute to our mission by managing our recruitment efforts effectively. If you have a passion for recruitment, experience with Zoho People and Zoho Recruit, and a strategic mindset, this could be the perfect role for you. As part of our volunteer-based team, you will help shape our recruitment strategy, streamline the hiring process, and support the onboarding of new volunteers.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Management:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies using Zoho Recruit to attract top talent for various volunteer roles.
• Create and post job listings on multiple platforms using Zoho Recruit, and manage the applicant tracking system to streamline the hiring process.
• Screen and select candidates through detailed assessments, ensuring they align with CareerElevatePro's mission and values.

Candidate Sourcing & Onboarding:

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels to build a diverse and talented volunteer team.
• Coordinate the onboarding process with new volunteers through Zoho People, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with organizational policies.

Collaboration & Team Support:

• Work closely with the HR/Project Coordinator to identify recruitment needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
• Provide guidance and support to other team members during the recruitment and selection process.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Utilize Zoho's reporting tools to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in Zoho People and generate reports for management.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with strong skills in Zoho Recruit and Zoho People (experience with other applicant tracking systems is a plus).
• Skills: Proficiency in job posting, candidate sourcing, and workflow automation within Zoho Recruit. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Technical Needs: Fast internet connection, stable electricity, and a reliable computer are essential.

• Follow-Up Application Form: Selected candidates will be invited to complete a separate application form with additional questions.
• Written Assessment: This may include a short task or more detailed questions to evaluate your skills and suitability.
• Initial Interview: A 15-minute video call to discuss your experience and fit for the role.
• Final Interview: A 30-minute video call, potentially including a case study to showcase your expertise.
• Onboarding: Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive onboarding process, including signing an NDA and orientation to the role.
