Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for after-sales which focus on customer service best practices which including effective communication skills, handling customer complaints and resolving issues etc.
- Develop and deliver Standard Service Process training.
- Conduct Standard Service Process assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure team competency.
- Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest product developments and market trends.
- Create training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online modules.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering) to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
- Support sales training programs as needed.
- Create training reports and Analyze training effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in after-sales non-technical training in automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with automotive technical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to assess trainee learning and provide constructive feedback
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with e-learning platforms a plus
- Experience in Electric Vehicle is a plus
- Language: English/Bahasa Malaysia, mandarin is plus.
- Willing to travel regionally to conduct training sessions.
